The Lord Chancellor, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(3)(b) and (4)(b) of the Mental Capacity Act 20051, and section 180(1) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 20142 makes the following Regulations:
