Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Business Impact Target (Relevant Regulators) Regulations 2017 and come into force on the twenty first day after the day on which they are made.

Relevant regulators2

For the purposes of section 22 of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (and of sections 24A4 and 265 of that Act), a “relevant regulator” means a body or other person specified in the Schedule.
