In section 103 of the Banking Act 200961 (general powers, duties and effect), in the entry in the table of applied provisions which relates to section 185 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for “section 37(1) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985” substitute “section 24(1) and (2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016”.
