The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(2) and 14(c) and (d) of the Hunting Act 20041 and section 28(2)(a) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 20152, makes the following Order.

In accordance with section 14(b) of the Hunting Act 2004, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
