Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58A of the Broadcasting Act 19961 and section 200 of the Broadcasting Act 19902.
In accordance with section 58A(4) of that Act, the draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
