The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50(1), (5), (9), (10), 51(1)(d), (3), (4), (5) and 74(8)(d) of the Immigration Act 2014 (“the Act”)(1).
In accordance with section 74(2) of the Act a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
