In section 30 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 197513, after “an inland water” on each occasion on which it appears, insert “in Wales”.

In section 39(1)(b) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act 1975, at the beginning, insert “except where otherwise indicated,”.
