Section 81D (interpretation: “banking group company” etc) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), after “bank” insert “EU institution or third-country institution (within the meaning of section 81B(9))”.

In subsection (6), for “81B to 81CA” substitute “81AA to 81CA”.
