Section 30 (bridge bank: share transfers)49 is amended as follows.

For subsection (1) substitute—

“(1)

This section applies where the Bank of England has made—

(a)

a property transfer instrument in respect of a resolution company in accordance with section 12(2) or 12ZA(3), or

(b)

a share transfer instrument in respect of a resolution company in accordance with section 12(2).”.

In subsections (2) to (6), for “bridge bank”, in each place it occurs, substitute “resolution company”.

Accordingly, in the heading for section 30, for “Bridge bank:” substitute “Resolution company:”.
