Social Security Administration Act 199223
In section 15A of the Social Security Administration Act 199247 (payment out of benefit of sums in respect of mortgage interest etc.)—
a
in subsection (4)48, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “partner”, for “husband and wife or as if they were civil partners” substitute “if they were a married couple”, and
b
omit subsection (4B)49.
