Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasury(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51(1) and (2) and 52(1) and (3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006(2).
In accordance with section 52(4)(b) of that Act a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
