The Warm Homes and Energy Conservation Act 200078 is amended as follows.

In section 2 (strategy relating to fuel poverty), in subsection (4)(c) for “the National Consumer Council” substitute “Citizens Advice”.

In section 4 (interpretation, short title, commencement and extent), after subsection (1) insert—

In this Act “Citizens Advice” means the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.
