Amendment to Part 2 – definition of key terms

4.  In regulation 5(3)(a)(iia) (meaning of planning permission)(1) after “section 61E” insert “ or 61Q(2) (community right to build orders)”.

Regulation 5(3)(a)(iia) was inserted by regulation 3(1) of S.I. 2012/2975.

Sections 61E and 61Q were inserted by paragraph 2 of Schedule 9 to the Localism Act 2011 (c. 20).
