In the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 19819 in the entry in the Arrangement of Rules relating to rule 3, in the heading to rule 3 and in rule 3—
a
for “and” substitute “,”; and
b
after “1991” the second time it appears, insert “and the Family Procedure Rules 201010.”.
