The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(2)1 and (3) and 74(2) of the Charities Act 20062.

In accordance with section 74(5) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
