In Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999195, in paragraph 3(g) of the table, in column 2, for the words from “an authorisation” to the end substitute “the grant of an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 in relation to a radioactive substances activity described in paragraph 5(2)(b), (2)(c) or (4) of Part 2 of Schedule 23 to those Regulations, or the variation of such a permit”.
