Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Disclosure of Information by SOCA) Order 2010 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order “national anti-doping organisation” has the meaning given in Appendix 1 to the World Anti-Doping Code which was adopted by the World Anti-Doping Agency’s Foundation Board on 17th November 2007 and which came into effect on 1st January 20092.
