In Schedule 22 (renaming of Rail Users’ Consultative Committees) omit paragraphs 8, 20 and 24.

In Schedule 28 (transitionals and savings about railways) in paragraph 10 for “Rail Passengers’ Council” substitute “Passengers’ Council”.
