The table in Schedule 1 to the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 200949 is amended as follows.

In column 1, for “Rail Passengers Council” substitute “Passengers’ Council”;

In column 2, at the end of the entry which corresponds to the entry in column 1 for the Rail Passengers Council insert “or road passenger transport services or facilities”.
