In section 56 (the Transport Consultative Committees) for “Rail Passengers’ Council”22 (in each place) substitute “Passengers’ Council”.

In the heading to section 56 for “Transport Consultative Committees” substitute “Passengers’ Council and London Transport Users’ Committee”.
