After regulation 78(4) of the 2008 Regulations (envelopes) insert—

In regulations 87 and 88, a reference to the number on a ballot paper envelope includes, in the case of an envelope of the kind referred to in paragraph (3)(c), a reference to the number that is displayed through the window in that envelope.

In regulation 87(6)(b) after “on it” insert “and the number is not displayed through a window in it”.
