Amendment of rule 37(1E) of the elections rules12

Amend rule 37(1E) of the elections rules9 as follows.

After sub-paragraph (k) insert—

a 60+ SmartPass issued under the Northern Ireland Concessionary Fares Scheme for use from 1st October 2008;

At the end of paragraph (1E)—
a
omit “(excluding a provisional licence),”; and
b
after “in force” insert “and includes a Community licence within the meaning of those enactments”.
