11. The transfer of the functions of the Board to the General Council by virtue of this Order is to be treated as a relevant transfer for the purposes of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006(1), whether or not, apart from this paragraph, it would be considered such a transfer.

Draft Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Draft Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
