In section 49B15 (the Directive: designation of competent authority etc.)—

a

in subsection (2), omit paragraph (a);

b

for subsection (3) substitute—

Accordingly, the General Council shall, in the United Kingdom, carry out (in particular) the functions specified in Schedule 4A.
