For section 39(1)14 (fraud or error in relation to registration) substitute—

If the Registrar is satisfied that any entry in—

a

the register;

b

the General Practitioner Register; or

c

the Specialist Register,

has been fraudulently procured or incorrectly made, the Registrar may erase the entry from the appropriate register.
