Amendment of the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (Scotland) Order 200551

In article 5(2)(b)(iii) of the Gender Recognition (Disclosure of Information) (Scotland) Order 2005143 (disclosure for medical purposes), for “a pharmacist or pharmacy technician registered in Part 1 or 3 of one of the registers maintained under article 10(1) and 21(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “a pharmacist registered in Part 1 or 4 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010 or a pharmacy technician registered in Part 2 or 5 of that register”.
