Amendment of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 200132

In regulation 53(2) of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001122 (additional requirements for applications for a proxy vote for a particular or indefinite period on grounds of blindness or any other disability), for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—

a registered pharmacist as defined by article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;
