Amendment of the Race Relations Act 19763

In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 197677 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), under the heading “Regulatory, audit and inspection”—

a

at the appropriate place insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council.”; and

b

omit “The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, in respect of its statutory functions and the regulation of the pharmacy profession.”.
