a

in section 60 (Commission to exercise Privy Council’s appointment functions), omit subsection (2); and

b

in Schedule 6 (the Appointments Commission: list of regulatory bodies), after “The General Osteopathic Council.” insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council.”.
