This Order specifies the office holders who are disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament. PartI of the Schedule specifies the office holders who are disqualified from being a member of the Parliament and PartII of the Schedule specifies the office holders who are disqualified from being a member of the Parliament but only for particular constituencies or regions.
