The Crime and Disorder Act 199812 is amended as follows.

In section 10 (Appeals against parenting orders) for “the High Court” wherever it occurs substitute “a county court ”.

In section 13 (Appeals against child safety orders) for “the High Court” wherever it occurs substitute “a county court ”.
