2. In section 99(3)(a) of the Gambling Act 2005 (which requires a monetary limit to be imposed on the proceeds of any lottery promoted in reliance on a lottery operating licence by a non-commercial society or local authority) for “£2,000,000” substitute “£4,000,000”.
