5. References to “the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland” in section 83A(2)(c) of the Army Act 1955, section 83A(2)(c) of the Air Force Act 1955 and section 52H(2)(c) of the Naval Discipline Act 1957, as substituted by this Order, shall have effect as if they were references to “the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland” until paragraph 5 of Schedule 11 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005((1) comes into force.
