S.I. 2004/1861; regulation 8 was amended by the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, Schedule 11, Part 3 to be appointed; and by S.I.[to be inserted]. Section 3A of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (c. 17) provides that such a member may be referred to as an Employment Judge.
