Communications Act 2003

72.  In section 393 of the Communications Act 2003(1) (general restrictions on disclosure of information), in subsection (5), for paragraph (p) substitute—

“(p) the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations 2008;

(q) the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.”.
