The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board may determine its own procedure, and in particular it may—

a

determine a quorum;

b

appoint committees to advise it in the exercise of any of its functions; and

c

determine the quorum and procedure of those committees.

Any committee may include members who are not members of the Board.
