NORTHERN IRELAND
This Order makes a number of amendments to the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 in relation to the provision of health services. The Order also amends Article 4 of the Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 to provide that premises may not be smoke-free in relation only to performers, if the artistic integrity of the performance makes it appropriate for them to smoke.
