Further transitional provision

The Department may, if it thinks it appropriate to do so for the purposes of, or in connection with, any appointment or variation replacing a company as a relevant undertaker or any scheme under this Schedule, by order make any provision which—
a
corresponds, in relation to any statutory provision, to any provision made by an order under Article 1 or 306; or
b
has similar effect in relation to any other statutory provision.

An order under this paragraph may contain such supplemental, consequential and transitional provision as the Department considers appropriate.
