Section 4(1) of the Act does not prevent the provision of a regulated claims management service by a students’ union (as defined in section 20 of the Education Act 1994(1)) to a member of the students’ union or (in the case of a students’ union referred to in section 20(3) of that Act) a member of a constituent or affiliated association or body.
