Amendment to the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004
54. Omit section 14(4) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004(1) (amendment of paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003).

2004 c. 28; section 14(4) amends paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003 (c.39) from a date to be appointed by the Secretary of State.
