Amendments to the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971

37.  In section 3(1) (application for order and conditions of court’s power to make it)—

(a) before subsection (1) insert—

“(A1) This section shall not apply to an attachment of earnings order to be made under Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003.”; and

(b) omit—

(i) subsection (3B); and

(ii) subsection (3C).
