in subsection (1), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”;

b

in subsection (3)—

i

for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”; and

ii

for “petty sessions area” (in each place) substitute “local justice area”; and

c

in subsection (4)—

i

for “justices' chief executive” substitute “designated officer”; and

ii

for “acting for that area” substitute “acting in that area”.
