In section 13 (commission of further offence by person conditionally discharged)—
a
in subsection (2)(b), for “a justice acting for the same petty sessions area for which the court acts” substitute “a justice of the peace”; and
b
in subsection (5)(b), for “justices' chief executive” substitute “designated officer”.
