53. In section 31(2A)(a) (conditions of licences), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”.

1997 c. 43. Section 31(2A) was inserted by section 119 of, and Schedule 8 to, the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (c. 37) and amended by section 74 of, and Schedule 7 to, the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (c. 43).
