a
in paragraphs 7(1), (2)(b) and (3)(a), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”; and
b
in the definition of “home court” in paragraph 9(2) and in paragraph 9(6)(a), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”.
