1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after the dayon which it is made.
(2) Articles 2 to 10 extend to Scotland only.
(3) The modifications specified in the Schedule have the same extent as the provisions being amended or repealed.
