Adoption Act 1976
6. In section 62(2)(c)(1) (authorised county courts), for the words from “rules” onwards substitute “Family Procedure Rules”.

1976 c. 36; section 62(2)(c) was amended by the County Courts Act 1984 (c. 28), Schedule 2, Part 5, paragraph 58. It was further amended by the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 (c. 42), Schedule 1, paragraph 20(a), with effect from a day to be appointed by the Secretary of State.
