Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972
3. In section 17(3)(a) of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1972(1) (duty to give information in certain cases), for “rules made under section 15 of the Justices of the Peace Act 1949” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rules”.
