Criminal Justice Act 1988
28. In paragraph 4 of Schedule 2(1) (documentary evidence)—
(a)for paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) substitute “, Criminal Procedure Rules”, and
(b)for “authority making any of them” substitute “Criminal Procedure Rule Committee”.

1988 c. 33; Schedule 2 is repealed by the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (c. 44), section 136(a) and Schedule 37, Part 6, with effect from a day to be appointed by the Secretary of State.
