Amend section 38A4 of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 19725 (rules of court) as follows.

In subsection (1), for the words preceding “may make provision” substitute “Rules of court”.

In subsection (2), for “rules made under section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980” substitute “rules of court”.
